Orders are placed by adding products to your cart, providing necessary details (e.g., phone number for M-Pesa payments), and completing the checkout process. All orders are subject to our acceptance. We accept payments via M-Pesa PayBill (Number: 123456, Account Number: haorenaf or as specified). During checkout, you may use STK Push (powered by IntaSend) by entering your M-Pesa phone number and confirming with your PIN, or follow pop-up instructions for manual PayBill payment via M-Pesa > Lipa na M-Pesa > PayBill. After payment, share the M-Pesa transaction ID or receipt via WhatsApp (+254114012345), including your order number or product details. Orders are processed only after payment verification. If payment is unverified within 48 hours, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email and may cancel the order, refunding any received funds to your M-Pesa account within 3 business days. We use secure third-party gateways (e.g., IntaSend) and do not store your M-Pesa PIN or sensitive financial data.
We deliver across Kenya, typically within 2-7 days in urban areas like Nairobi (longer for rural areas). International deliveries may be offered subject to availability, with customs duties and taxes borne by the customer. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and product weight. Free delivery may apply for select promotions, excluding bulky items. Tracking information is provided via email or WhatsApp (+254114012345) where available. We are not liable for delays due to force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or strikes). You will be notified of significant delays. Returning Goods: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to: Highway Heights, Kilimani, Nairobi. We recommend using an insured, trackable mail service, as we are not responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Refunds will be issued to your M-Pesa account or as store credit (excluding delivery fees) within 30 days of receiving the goods or proof of return delivery, using the same payment method as the original order, with no fees for reimbursement.
Gifts: If the goods were marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value, mailed to you upon receipt of the returned product. If the goods were not marked as a gift or the gift giver shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
You may cancel an order before payment verification or shipment by contacting us via WhatsApp (+254114012345) or email (sales@haorenaf.com). If payment has been made, we will refund the full amount to your M-Pesa account within 3 business days. No cancellations are accepted after shipment, but our return policy applies upon delivery.
We source perfumes from trusted suppliers and guarantee authenticity, per the Anti-Counterfeit Act (2008). Product descriptions, sizes, and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge, though minor variations in scent or packaging may occur due to manufacturing processes.
